I would like everyone to know that without the help from Melissa Williams, I would not have had any idea of where to turn in getting help with my health insurance and social security Medicare. She is so incredibly patient and answers all my questions explaining them in words and exact detail on how I can understand them. She explains which insurance she feels would benefit me and the doctors and out of pocket costs I would need to pay. That is extremely helpful considering I do not understand the insurance stuff at all without it being written down and explained word for word.
